Perimenopause and menopause

Back to services

I accompany and support you during the transition to menopause (perimenopause) and during menopause itself, two natural and transformative stages in every woman's life that deserve to be navigated with information, support, and practical tools to maintain your quality of life. Far from being the end of your vitality, this can be a stage of empowerment, wisdom, and well-being if you have the right support. This service complements my work in women's hormonal health focusing specifically on this life stage. Perimenopause can begin several years before the definitive cessation of menstruation, and it's a phase where hormonal fluctuations can generate challenging symptoms. During this transition and menopause, we will comprehensively address common symptoms such as hot flashes and night sweats that can interrupt your sleep and affect your daily quality of life. We will work with mood changes, irritability, anxiety, and sadness that can appear due to estrogen and progesterone fluctuations. We will also focus on sleep disturbances and insomnia that are extremely common in this stage, persistent fatigue that can make it difficult to maintain your usual pace, changes in body composition with increased abdominal fat and loss of muscle mass, vaginal dryness and decreased libido, concentration and memory problems (known as 'brain fog'), and changes in skin and hair. We will also address long-term concerns such as bone health (osteoporosis prevention) and cardiovascular health, which become especially important after menopause. We will work on balancing your hormonal system naturally through strategic nutrition rich in phytoestrogens, antioxidants, quality protein, healthy fats, and specific nutrients for hormonal health. I will teach you lifestyle habits that support remaining hormone production and quality of life: effective stress management to modulate cortisol, physical activity that includes strength training to preserve muscle mass and bone density, and self-care practices that honor this new stage of your life. The goal is for this stage to be lived with greater physical and emotional comfort, with confidence in your body and its changes, and with deep harmony with yourself. I want you to learn to take care of yourself from understanding and balance, never from restriction or fear of aging. This is a stage of liberation where you can prioritize your well-being without guilt, rediscover your personal power, and enjoy a full, active, and satisfying life. Your vitality doesn't end with menopause; it can be the beginning of your best stage if you take care of yourself consciously and comprehensively.
